I am a mental strentgh or toughness coach. I teach an elite mindset, motivation and commitment, focus and awareness, keeping the process over the outome, Self-control and discipline, confidence, routines and habits, leadership and team culture.

Individually, I work with players, coaches, and increasingly parents, of athletes as they see the need to address the mindset of their athletes or their own.

With teams I work with coaches and leadership councils to build and strengthen their team's culture. Coaching sessions are primarily over zoom, with teams, if possible, face to face.

I am a mental strength or toughness coach. I teach an elite mindset, motivation and commitment, focus and awareness, process over outcome, self-control and discipline, confidence, routines and habits, leadership, team culture. I work with individuals and teams. Players and coaches, and parents of athletes, as they see the changes in their kids, want in on the training too. With teams, I work with coaches and leadership councils to build and strengthen their team’s culture. Coaching sessions are primarily over zoom. I have been working with Coach Pinkston for about a year and half now. I found by using the signal lights analogy, it helps so much with finding the right things to focus on for most growth. The meditation and relaxation practices also gave me so much more control over my mind and brought total clarity. Using the chemical analogy for emotions brings control and perspective to emotional instability which brings so much more mental stability and happiness. By practicing the physical reaction to a disruptive or distractive thought from my goal brings so much focus every time I have practiced it and really accelerates the rate of accomplishing goals.
