"I worked with Coach Pinkston for about a year, and he really helped me improve my mental focus during games. He taught me to control my reactions and stay positive, which kept me from getting distracted. We also worked on concentration exercises, like the concentration grid, which helped me stay focused for longer. Setting personal goals with him kept me motivated and gave me direction in practice. Overall, Coach Pinkston had a big impact on my growth as an athlete."

"Working with Coach Pinkston has been a game-changer for me, both on and off the field. He helped me regulate my on field anxiety and grow my confidence as a player, transforming my performance. One of the most impactful things he introduced to our team was the acronym PITA, which helped remind us of our goals and expectations. Personally, I really connected with the 'P,' which is Process over outcome. That simple reminder helped me shift my mindset from obsessing over results to trusting the work I put in every day. His ability to break down mental skills into simple, practical tools made all the difference. I'm deeply grateful for his guidance and highly recommend him to anybody wanting to strengthen their mental, and in turn, physical game."

"I have had the opportunity to work with Coach Pinkston for the last year and I have learned so much. He has taught me the importance of mental strength not only on the Lacrosse field but in life as well. He has taught me the importance of routine and getting into great habits. We always celebrate the small and big wins of the day. The habits that you create and make into a daily routine are the things that you can control. Coach has helped me create my habits and set goals for me to be a successful athlete and person. This program has helped me to take control of my mental performance so I perform the best I can in life and in lacrosse."

"I have been working with Coach Pinkston for about a year and half now. I found by using the signal lights analogy, it helps so much with finding the right things to focus on for most growth. The meditation and relaxation practices also gave me so much more control over my mind and brought total clarity. Using the chemical analogy for emotions brings control and perspective to emotional instability which brings so much more mental stability and happiness. By practicing the physical reaction to a disruptive or distractive thought from my goal brings so much focus every time I have practiced it and really accelerates the rate of accomplishing goals. Mental Performance coaching has really helped me improve on and off the field."
